This information is important for us to provide the best possible service to you.  Bonnie's Bridal believes in our customers right to privacy. Information about School events have been provided by School Officials, Parents and Students. If you are in Question about ANY of dates for your Prom or Event you should contact your School Administration for verification.  If you do not agree with these terms please reply within 24 hours of sending Information with our FEEDBACK FORM.  We reserve the right NOT to post information if deemed inappropriate or false without notice to anyone.

Orders/Special Orders - ALL Orders are subject to availability.  Wedding Gowns may take up to 12 weeks or longer to process from Designer/Manufacturer.  Shipping and handling charges may apply to all orders.*  Deposits and/or Full payments are required before order will be made.  In the event that the Item or Items that you have ordered are not available or cannot be sent to you before your Event date, Bonnie's Bridal will refund you the full amount of Deposit and or Price of Item ordered.  Event date must be given at time of order and cannot be changed after Deposit or Purchase has been made.

Shipping - Bonnie's Bridal will ship your items via UPS for quick, safe delivery with your choice of service - ground, 2nd day, or overnight.  Orders will be shipped, if item is in stock, same or next business day received, almost always by the next day.  All items are subject to availability and we must have a deposit or full payment before order can be made.  Deposits are non-refundable once items are shipped.  Upon approval from Management, Deposits will only be refunded if items have a Manufactures defect We inspect every dress before it is shipped for flaws, rips, tears or defects in workmanship.  We pride ourselves in carrying only quality products.  Before ordering you agree to not to hold Bonnie's Bridal liable for delays in Shipping due to Acts of God, Disasters, Weather, or any other means beyond our control.  Bonnie's Bridal will gladly insure your Purchase upon request.  (Additional Charges Apply)

Discounts and/or Special Offers - **Receive a 20% Discount on Shoes, Jewelry and Accessories WITH the Purchase of any regularly priced Gown.  Offer only valid with regularly priced Gowns and Accessories.  Must purchase Shoes, Jewelry or Accessories at the time of Gown Purchase - Free shipping does not apply with Discount.
